About ECBI
The Excellent Capacity Builders Initiative (ECBI) is a non-profit organization founded by Mrs. Judith Ogedengbe. We are committed to raising a new generation of African leaders who embody integrity, purpose, and wholesome leadership values.
Our focus is on inspiring and equipping young men and women—especially between the ages of 18 and 35—to become change-makers in their communities and across Africa.

ECBI is not another seminar or motivational talk series — it’s an intensive, year-long journey of personal transformation, leadership development, and character building.
Over the course of 11 months, you’ll be mentored, challenged, and equipped to become a wholesome African leader capable of influencing change in your community and beyond.
