About ECBI
The Excellent Capacity Builders Initiative (ECBI) is a non-profit organization founded by Mrs. Judith Ogedengbe. We are committed to raising a new generation of African leaders who embody integrity, purpose, and wholesome leadership values.
Our focus is on inspiring and equipping young men and women—especially between the ages of 25 and 40—to become change-makers in their communities and across Africa.

Our Focus
TWLC (The Wholesome Leadership Conference)
TWLC (The Wholesome Leadership Conference) is an annual one-day gathering that brings together speakers, mentors, and key stakeholders to share practical insights on value-driven, integrity-based leadership. The conference provides a focused platform for learning, inspiration, and meaningful engagement designed to equip participants with the mindset and tools for wholesome, impactful leadership in their communities and workplaces.
11-Month Coaching Program
The 11-Month Coaching Programme is a structured February–December development journey designed to equip young leaders with the mindset, discipline, and values required for wholesome living and impactful leadership. Through guided sessions, subject-matter explorations, personalised assessments, and practical assignments, participants are empowered to build integrity, purpose, focus, and character—anchoring their growth in principles that drive wholesomeness in every area of life.
Community Building
Community Building is a core expression of our mandate, where scholars of the initiative engage directly with their communities to drive measurable impact. Beyond strengthening existing structures, we empower individuals to develop the mindset, skills, and confidence to transform their own environments. This creates a ripple effect—producing a generation of practical capacity builders who champion wholesome leadership, solve real problems, and inspire sustainable growth across their communities.
The ECBI Book Club
The ECBI Book Club is a literacy-focused initiative designed to help young individuals cultivate a consistent reading culture. By establishing book clubs in schools, we create structured, collaborative environments where students explore transformative books, sharpen critical thinking, and develop lifelong learning habits. This initiative strengthens personal growth, broadens perspectives, and supports the rise of informed, value-driven young leaders.
11-Month Coaching Programme

ECBI is not another seminar or motivational talk series — it’s an intensive, year-long journey of personal transformation, leadership development, and character building.
Over the course of 11 months, you’ll be mentored, challenged, and equipped to become a wholesome African leader capable of influencing change in your community and beyond.
